I support your path back to yourself
I am a certified coach and facilitator based in Norway, working online with leaders and high-responsibility individuals who seek deeper connection with their body and themselves. My approach integrates body awareness, emotions, and stress regulation — creating lasting calm, capacity, and self-leadership.
With roots across borders and experience from Berlin, the USA and Norway, I bring a unique global perspective to this work — always grounded in presence, the body, and compassion.
